We are happy to announce that Summit Property Management Group will be managing the new 95 North Avenue Project! The Grand Opening for COTS (Committee on Temporary Shelter) happened this Monday April 3rd, 2017 at 95 North Avenue. COTS partnered with Housing Vermont this past year to renovate the old Burlington College Building located on North Avenue in downtown Burlington.

The building features 14 brand new apartments that Summit will be managing! Opening May 1st for residents will be 12 Efficiency units and 2, 1 bedroom apartments.  The building will also be home to the COTS offices and a new Daystation.

The 14 Units, located on the second floor all have heating, air conditioning and electric included. Some with lake and mountain views the units have Eco-Friendly marmoleum flooring, include electric range and refrigerator. All tenants will have access to 2 common sitting areas, bike storage, trash rooms, laundry, storage lockers and parking on site! See interior photos of the units below.
