Summit employs on-site property managers and maintenance supervisors at each of its communities. The property managers are responsible for the daily operations of their communities including resident relations, coordination with on-site third party health and social service entities, leasing and rent collection. The maintenance supervisors are responsible for the physical well-being of their communities including preventative maintenance, repairs, unit turnovers and supervision of grounds and snow removal. In addition, Summit employs an on-staff Low Income Housing Tax Credit and regulatory compliance manager to process tenant certifications, prepare compliance reports, and communicate with various regulatory authorities.
