Nicole Wante-Evans is the Director of Property Management and Compliance, bringing two decades of experience in property management to her role. Nicole embarked on her professional journey as a part-time leasing agent in 2004. Demonstrating remarkable proficiency, she ascended through various pivotal roles, including assistant manager, manager, and regional manager, across diverse territories spanning Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

In 2021, Nicole joined Summit Properties as a Regional Manager, where her exceptional understanding of property management operations and workflows quickly propelled her to the position of Director of Property Management and Compliance in January 2022.

But it’s not all work for Nicole. When she’s not busy keeping the property world in check, she’s off exploring new places, getting sucked into the drama of reality TV and hanging out with her husband and 3 boys. With her years of experience and love for what she does, Nicole consistently contributes to elevating standards within the property management landscape.
