The owners of Summit Properties have been developing real estate throughout New England since 1977. In the last 40+ years, Summit Properties (formerly Green Mountain Development Group) has developed over 1,500 residential units, 250,000 square feet of commercial/office space, and over 200 homes and town homes.
Today, the development arm of Summit Properties, led by CEO Tom Getz & COO Zeke Davisson, specializes in developing mixed income properties, specifically those funded by state and federal housing programs. New development, as well as acquisition and rehab, in an effort to grow and preserve affordable housing has been a major focus for Summit.
